At Next Supply, this role is designed for motivated individuals looking to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and maintaining IT inventory. You'll consistently demonstrate adaptability and ownership while actively providing support throughout various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first line support for desktop and laptop issues
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment across facilities
• Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity problems




• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Document support requests in the ticketing system
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-2 years of IT support experience preferred
• Knowledge of desktop imaging and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction
• Willingness to participate in after-hours support rotation
