AFTERNOON SHIFT ( 3:30PM to 12AM).
NOTE: As needed, may be required to fulfill the duties of an Electronic Assembler, including but not limited to:mechanical assembly of electrical assemblies and subassemblies and prepare product for shipment including packaging orders, performingout of box audit & physically moving materials from the production cell to the warehouse.
Duties of an Electronic Assembler, including but not limited to: mechanical assembly of electrical assemblies and subassemblies and prepare product for shipment including packaging orders, performing out of box audit & physically moving materials from the production cell to the warehouse.
- Testing & trouble shooting products on different production line
- Reviewing failures and performing root cause analysis across the specific product line.
- Setting up test positions/systems/instruments and performing tests
- Conducting circuit adjustments requiring analysis against published electrical standards.
- Performing circuit analysis / functional diagnosis using schematic drawing to troubleshoot and to repair the product which fail to meet performance specifications
- Maintaining electronically- or processor-controlled machines and test rigs
- Assisting in testing of prototypes & pilot units required to qualify an engineering change build
- Processing Non-Conforming (NCM) parts and entering correct failure/defect code in ERP
- Problem solving for continuous process improvement
- Interfacing and driving solutions, with other departments within the organization
- Packing and/or assisting in completing FG units, systems or panels, when and where applicable
- Assisting in meeting and exceeding the relevant metrics (Output, RK, FPY targets)
