At Fero, you’ll be responsible for fabricating and repairing components according to technical drawings. Your expertise in reading blueprints and operating welding equipment will help accelerate our commitment to smarter building solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on machining and teamwork, as well as adherence to safety protocols and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair metal components following blueprints
• Fit parts together based on layouts and work orders
• Use cranes and hoists for material handling




• Operate welding equipment and hand tools accurately
• Document completed tasks and maintain safety standards
Requirements:
• Background in structural welding and fitting
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
• Current FCAW certification preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
