In this collaborative role, you will connect across Animal Admissions, Foster Care, and Community Programs to ensure compassionate service for clients and animals. Successful candidates will showcase exceptional customer service skills and program coordination abilities, helping maintain a seamless process for animal intake, foster placements, and community support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison across various programs for cohesive service
• Provide compassionate support to clients during animal admission
• Assess animal intakes and explore diversion opportunities




• Train and support foster families and volunteers
• Coordinate community program delivery and outreach efforts
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• Experience in customer service or animal welfare
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
