During your shifts, you will ensure our members enjoy their dining and drinkordering experience while at the Club. In this role you will be front facing toour members and representing the Food and Beverage team in our Clubhouse. Thisrole is pivotal in promoting member enjoyment at our facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Show commitment to providing anexceptional club experience to all members, aligned with Jericho Tennis Clubvalues.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for Club Membersand Guests
- Processing multiple transactions for our food and beverage team in aquick and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean, presentable and fully stocked bar at all times,



in linewith Club standards.
- Monitor member alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Deep knowledge of the Club’s menu offerings for both food and drink
- Other duties as assigned, including opening and closing and covering forother positions as needed

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Excellent customer focus andorientation
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a bartendingand dining environment
- Team player with a positive attitudeand growth mindset
- Knowledge of, or ability to learncash handling best practices
- Flexible availability to workdays,evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work for several hourswalking, and standing in summer conditions, able to lift 50 pounds.
- Food safe certified, up to date, andvalid Serving it Right Certificate is required
