As a Temporary Appraiser, you will report to the Sales Manager and play a crucial role in managing file statuses as they approach legal sale dates. Your responsibilities include filling out ownership applications, obtaining ownership for vehicles, and executing appraisal duties like assessing damages. This is a unique prospect to contribute to ESC's growth while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fill ownership applications with Ontario's Ministry of Transportation
• Obtain vehicle ownership for sales via Ontario auctions




• Send ownership documents to various auctions
• Carry out appraisal duties including damage assessment
• Complete office duties and generate reports as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid Ontario driver’s license; abstract may be needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in repossession is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
