Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery of physiotherapy services to long-term care residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans




• Collaborate with colleagues to determine care goals
• Educate staff, residents, and families on mobility
• Supervise and mentor PT assistants in practice
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• License in positive standing with Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
• Experience in assessment and treatment planning
• Knowledge of falls risk management and quality improvement
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
