SLCS is hiring a full time Youth Case Worker for its Attendance Centre Program. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience working with youth in the justice system. Strong skills in case management and trauma-informed care are essential, focusing on helping high-risk youths integrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interactive programming for youth in group settings
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
• Provide consultative support to youth and their families




• Track case statistics and prepare reports on youth needs
• Facilitate meals and community service opportunities for youths
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education from an accredited institution
• 1-3 years working with justice-involved youth
• Knowledge of the Youth Criminal Justice Act
• Valid G Class Driver’s License
• Intermediate / Standard First Aid + CPR Level C
