As a GxP Supplier Manager at Roche, you will leverage over a decade of industry experience to drive supplier quality management and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight and strategic leadership, focusing on supplier compliance, quality audits, and enhancing operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise supplier selection, audits, and process validations
• Negotiate and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers
• Lead investigations and ensure compliance with cGMP
• Collaborate to maintain validated manufacturing processes
• Implement quality risk management plans effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of supplier management experience
• Bachelor’s in life or pharmaceutical sciences
• Understanding of cGMP, ISO, and regulations
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Familiar with standard office tools and travel requirements
