Responsibilities

- Complete all 2D/3D Design with AutoCAD software.
- Coordinate seal of engineered drawings with in-house/third party Engineers
- Estimating and budgeting for upcoming potential scaffolding work.
- Prepare complete bid packages for review before sending them off to potential customers.
- Maintain and organize files related to ongoing projects. (Internal filing system)
- Produce accurate material take-offs and labour quotes.
- Help streamline the divisions operations where possible.
- The preparation of design and construction drawings in the scaffolding field.
- Client meetings (online/in person) where needed.
- Grow & maintain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, & clients to achieve project goals & vision.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and ensure everything is accurate.

Qualifications

- Minimum 6-12 months of scaffolding experience required.
- Experience with scaffold design software (Avontus) preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Ability to introduce new ideas and CAD routines to enhance operations.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.




- Ability to work in a quick-paced deadline driven environment.
- Excellent listening & communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
