Marcon is seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to enhance its Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System across active construction projects. This role requires collaboration with project teams to maintain regulatory compliance, conduct safety inspections, and foster a proactive safety culture. Successful candidates will engage in coaching, conducting audits, and driving continual safety improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and refine the HSEMS for all project sites
• Perform site inspections and compliance checks
• Facilitate investigations and ensure corrective actions




• Coach site teams on safety protocols and practices
• Conduct safety training sessions for staff
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in construction safety roles
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety required
• Level 3 First Aid Certification necessary
• Active pursuit of CRSP or CHSC designation
• Solid knowledge of safety compliance and regulations
