In this role, you will handle essential tasks related to documentation and analysis of customers ordering controlled substances. Your expertise will ensure compliance with internal processes and Narcotic Control Regulations. We're looking for someone detail-oriented with a degree in a relevant science field and 2+ years of experience in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify customer documentation for compliance processes
• Conduct customer due diligence and make eligibility recommendations




• Review orders via Suspicious Order Monitoring system
• Document and track controlled substance transactions
• Communicate findings effectively to management and internal teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field
• 2+ years of experience with controlled substances
• Knowledge of Narcotic Control Regulations
• Bilingual in English and French
• Solid documentation and communication skills
