In this pivotal role, you will support the Toronto Star Children’s Charities under the guidance of the Senior Manager. Your responsibilities encompass donor relations, community engagement, and database management while executing impactful fundraising activities. This position may involve occasional weekend and evening work to meet program needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and execute strategic fundraising initiatives
• Lead community fundraising efforts and liaise with organizers
• Develop engagement materials to strengthen donor connections




• Manage volunteer recruitment and retention strategies
• Support training for Santa Claus Fund gift box program
Requirements:
• Certificate in Fundraising Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in charitable organizations
• Expertise in RE NXT and database management
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
