In this position, you will assist the Injection Supervisor and leader technician in daily operations, setting up and operating injection molding machines for automotive components. Your responsibilities will include maintaining optimal production processes and adapting to changing operational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up dies and assist with procedure modifications
• Ensure machine operation aligns with quality standards
• Document and troubleshoot molding parameters
• Execute mold changes and perform maintenance
• Maintain a positive communication flow between shifts
Requirements:
• GED or high school diploma preferred
• Previous experience with injection molding equipment
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Aptitude for working in high-pressure situations
• Ability to lift heavy items safely
