In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Research Ethics Board to coordinate clinical research operations. As a trusted advisor, you will educate staff on ethical processes while conducting detailed reviews of study protocols. Your expertise in regulatory affairs will ensure that all research adheres to stringent ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operations of the Research Ethics Board Office
• Conduct comprehensive protocol reviews for ethical compliance
• Educate research staff on submission processes and updates




• Manage REB documentation and meeting logistics
• Develop tools to streamline clinical research processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field; Bachelor's or Master’s preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in clinical ethics and compliance
• Certification from SOCRA is an asset
• Solid knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations
• Excellent ability to advise and communicate
