A Day in the Life:

- Review and document change orders, service requests, and work orders.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager on project progress, service priorities and final project details.
- Dispatch technicians with clear job instructions and required documentation.
- Monitor job performance, material usage, and completion timelines.
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support field crews by overseeing and reviewing repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Manage service inventory, equipment, and fleet compliance.
- Train, coach, and evaluate technicians and identify future leaders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and training needs.
- Maintain on-call status for emergency service response.

What we are Seeking:





- 1-3 years’ experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset.
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Form and maintain customer relations, in person, through email, and over the phone.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Reliable and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
- Work in a fast‑paced workplace and strong attention to detail.
