In this senior UX designer position, you will work closely with the Experience Design team from Stäfa and Warsaw. Your expertise will drive user-centered design, applying advanced methodologies including wireframes, prototypes, and user research. Collaborate seamlessly with R&D; and product management to enhance the Sonova ecosystem, ensuring meaningful experiences in every user interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Craft transparent and elegant design solutions from ideation to developer handover • Apply user-centered design methods across wireframes and prototypes • Contribute to design guidelines and success metrics at the group level • Lead user research and evaluate design effectiveness • Support junior designers and promote a culture of quality

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in UX Design or related field • 5+ years of digital product design experience • Expertise in user-centered design and UX research • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
