• Link clients with essential community resources
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance client care

• Support the Emergency Department with resource management
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work is mandatory
• Must be registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
• At least two years of experience preferred
• Proficient in both English and French
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills essential
