Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (10+ years) to lead digital asset technology programs and mobilization initiatives
Join a large-scale digital program supporting payment solutions and digital asset technology initiatives within a capital markets setting. This role partners directly with senior leadership to drive complex cross-functional programs from inception through delivery, including executive reporting, governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. The position supports strategic digital asset platform mobilization across business and technology teams in a highly visible program environment.

Must Haves
- 15+ years in Program Management leading large-scale technology initiatives
- 10+ years managing complex programs , multiple workstreams ,
stakeholders , and delivery teams
- 10+ years supporting executive reporting , governance , risk management , and portfolio oversight
- 10+ years presenting to and supporting Managing Directors , SVPs , and VPs
- University Degree
Nice to Have
- Digital assets experience
- Banking or financial services experience
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery
- Partner with the Managing Director of Digital Asset Technology on strategic initiatives
- Provide executive-level reporting and governance support
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Oversee program finances, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Support mobilization of digital asset platform initiatives
