SalesEnsure visual decisions are based on driving productivity in the regionMonitor sales and utilize the information to make moves with the storeMeasure the effectiveness of all visual decisions and ensure changes are made quickly and in an agile manner when necessary2.



Strategic PlanningCreate a visual plan for each store based on their specific needsCreate a strategic direction for their team that best supports that store or regionImplement new strategic ideas seasonally for their stores that will help drive businessFocus on making new brands successful each season3. Human ResourcesEnsure adequate manpower to achieve our desired results within our cost structure and percentage to salesEnsure the right mix of talent to best service our storesEnsure there is a path for success for each Associate4. CommunicationMaintain a strong flow of communication through the visual teamDevelop strong ties with peers at store levelCreate strong lines of communication with key departments; Buying, Marketing, HR, and etc.5. CreativityContinually working on new ideas that will help drive businessDeliver on brand standards for our designer areasDevelop and deliver on special projects, new shops, stores, and new brand launches6. LeadershipDemonstrate strong leadership goals with direct reports as well as the entire teamForm strategic partnership with other leaders on the teamFoster innovation and a problem solving environmentContinually seeking out process improvementEffectively communicate all goals and methods of execution to team membersResponsible for training of those reporting in to you; sets goals for each team memberRequirements:At least 3-5 years of experience leading a Visual Merchandising teamRelationship focused,
