Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, this role focuses on developing winning proposals and strategic communications. With your 5+ years of related experience, you will work closely with teams, manage the proposal process, and ensure the alignment of all submissions with our community's needs. This position is pivotal in achieving positive outcomes for diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and refine compelling funding proposals
• Collaborate with project teams on objectives
• Research funding opportunities and keep stakeholders informed




• Prepare compliance reports and updates for grant agencies
• Support strategic planning with relevant documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in English, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in grant writing
• Skilled in effective communication and editing
• Knowledgeable about First Nations cultural contexts
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
