The salary range for this position is $80,200 to $130,200. Base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs.

Required Skills
- Experience in a small or mid-size accounting firm
- A proven leader with solid business development and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in an organized manner
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
