At NACG, we are seeking experienced Finish Dozer Operators to support our mining operations at the Fort Hills site. This role requires a minimum of three years operating D3 to D8 dozers, specifically on civil projects involving muskeg and soft ground. Expect a structured schedule with 14 days on, 7 off rotations, and the opportunity for growth within the International Union of Operating Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various sizes of dozers for assigned work
• Read stakes and place grades as required
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and policies




• Conduct equipment checks and report necessary repairs
• Document all incidents and near misses immediately
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Finish Dozer Operating experience
• Experience with D3 to D8 dozers or larger
• Background in muskeg and wet ground operations
• Experience in building roads and backfilling
• Proven ability in sloping and spotting trucks
