In this full time, permanent position, you’ll report to the Clinical Team Manager. You will apply public health sciences and nursing theory to improve health outcomes while addressing health inequities. Experience in reproductive health, chronic disease prevention, and environmental health issues will be essential for managing your diverse responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply nursing theory to promote health in populations
• Address health inequities and social determinants of health




• Support postpartum women and families in health-related issues
• Implement community development and harm reduction strategies
• Use independent judgment to prioritize work methods
Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Knowledge of Public Health Act and nursing standards
• Minimum two years of related nursing experience
