Join our dynamic team as a Tilesetter focused on delivering high-quality craftsmanship across various settings including commercial and residential. This role requires precision in tile installation and strong client interaction skills.
As a skilled Tilesetter, you will prepare, measure, and mark surfaces for tile application. Your tasks will include mixing adhesives, setting tiles, and ensuring correct alignment while supervising apprentices. Work will also involve maintenance, where you will remove damaged tiles and restore surfaces with new installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and prepare surfaces to ensure accurate fit
• Apply tile adhesives using trowels and other tools
• Supervise up to 2 apprentices during projects




• Cut tiles to adapt to various obstacles and layouts
• Remove cracked tiles and regrout as needed
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in tiling
• Certificate in relevant trades or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation
• Ability to work with various materials including marble and granite
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
