You'll lead client interactions, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead client engagements through requirement gathering and solution design • Facilitate workshops and client interviews to gather insights • Develop strategic recommendations for Microsoft 365 and records management • Configure information governance solutions across Microsoft platforms • Present project deliverables to diverse audiences

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field • 2+ years in consulting or client-facing roles • Experience with enterprise content management platforms • Working knowledge of Canadian privacy laws • Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
