In this permanent position, you'll report to the Regional Director and collaborate with Branch Managers and operations staff. With 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy construction and safety-related roles, you will ensure adherence to provincial safety regulations. A strong commitment to safety culture and excellent communication skills will be vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and audits as required
• Monitor compliance using in-house databases
• Collaborate with health and safety regulatory authorities




• Train employees on safety best practices
• Support operations in meeting HSE expectations
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years' experience in heavy construction
• OH&S; Certificate or related designation preferred
• Knowledge of provincial safety legislation
• Valid Driver's license for company vehicle operation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
