Role Description

The Marketing Project Manager is a part-time, virtual role but some in person meetings are required. This position oversees planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects, including campaigns supporting roofing and exterior services across Calgary and the Columbia Valley. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing budgets, organizing resources, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet marketing objectives. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, supporting digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize results. The Marketing Project Manager will also collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency, maintain explicit communication with internal stakeholders and external partners,



and report on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and deadline adherence.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and documentation effectively.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost tracking, and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
- Knowledge of Marketing principles, including campaign management and basic understanding of digital and traditional channels.
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Invermere, BC, and collaborate with operations and sales teams in a construction-related environment.
- Previous experience in marketing, project coordination, or project management; experience in construction or home services is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and ethical business practices.
