Vixxo is hiring immediately for a full-time Equipment Technician based in Vancouver, Canada. Experience preferred but willing to train entry-level candidates. A $1500 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses based on performance are offered.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty through professional, reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, including thorough inspections, accurate maintenance on equipment, and complete paperwork

Qualifications

- Enjoy working with hands and tinkering with electrical or mechanical components
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role
- Passion for coffee (tasting is part of all repairs)
- Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
