Working directly with the Senior Associate Accountant, you will handle critical accounting functions such as processing expense reports, managing payroll, and preparing monthly financials. Your development pace will be tailored, allowing for a seamless transition to independent task ownership as you become familiar with the firm's operations and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices and manage payments efficiently
• Issue and follow up on client invoices
• Assist in payroll and reconcile accounts monthly
• Prepare GST filings and regulatory reports
• Help develop the annual budget and cash flow forecasts
Requirements:
• CPA student or CPA designation completed
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of ASPE and payroll practices
• Experienced with accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
