Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and triage for individuals in need
• Provide consultations to various referral sources
• Utilize Altera Sunrise ambulatory module effectively




• Stay current on community services and resources
• Work flexible hours to meet patient needs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health discipline
• 4-5 years’ experience in mental health/addictions
• Active regulatory body membership
• Understanding of diverse cultural needs
• Successful criminal records and abuse registry checks
