Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) - Permanent FT

Location: London, ON

Hybrid-model: 2d per week onsite (fully remote is NOT possible)

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of data visualization tools, data modeling, and business strategy
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver with an ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-related role(s) with relevant professional certification(s)
- Proven expertise in Design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions that support cross-functional business needs
- Robust expertise in SQL and data warehouses and data visualization tools (eg. Power BI,



Tableau)
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling techniques.

Duties:

- Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers
- Monitor performance of BI systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop, communicate and enforce data governance standards and best practices
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions
