We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for our Earth Works division in the Regina, SK area. The successful candidate will operate a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks to complete earthmoving, grading, and site prep work. A valid 3A or 1A license is required for hauling and transporting equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Load, haul, and transport equipment and materials as required.
- Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or issues.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in earthworks or civil construction.
- Valid 3A or 1A Saskatchewan drivers license.
- Robust understanding of site grades and equipment operation best practices.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and extended hours if needed.
