Position Overview
We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing customer connections.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team and maximize business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
- Role‑model a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Coach and provide feedback to achieve segment success, as directed by Store Management.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain open and effective communication lines with the Store Manager.
- Open and close the store proficiently.

- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
- Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team setting.

- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
