Inspired by Italian and Mediterranean flavors with a fresh, modern approach, Mazi is focused on delivering exceptional food, elevated service, and a vibrant dining experience. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a strong leader to help build and guide our team from the ground up.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new opening and play a key role in shaping the culture, service standards, and overall guest experience at Mazi.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure productive coverage and smooth operations
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, solutions-focused manner
- Collaborate with ownership on operational goals, cost control, and profitability




- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members as we build our opening team

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build a positive team culture
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example
