This individual will be a key member of the Legal team and supporting the Revenue/sales organization, driving commercial transactions to close while ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial transactions, a deep understanding of IP issues and data licensing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and other business teams.Candidates must have at least 5 years of advertising technology or general software platform legal experience, with a focus on transaction support, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, data governance and privacy, advertising and marketing technology and artificial intelligence matters, either in an in‑house or law firm setting. This position requires robust negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to manage commercial and legal risks in the digital media/ad‑tech industry. The successful candidate possesses a day‑to‑day ability to think outside the box, and an ability to work collaboratively and dependably with others in a remote setting as part of a highly collaborative remote global Legal team.StackAdapt is a remote‑first company. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards,
