Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workstation OS configurations and security hardening
• Deploy, patch, and support corporate software applications
• Provide remote and deskside technical support services
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of hardware and OS troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management tools
• Proficient in scripting and PowerApps
• Familiarity with Active Directory/AAD management
• Understanding of SaaS technologies and conferencing systems
