In this position, you will lead the investment structuring process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the investment life cycle. You will collaborate with Legal, T&O;, and Risk teams to support complex structuring activities, while also maintaining ongoing compliance for CPP Investments' wholly owned entities. Your analytical skills will be paramount in identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions to enhance investment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee pre-closing structuring and documentation processes • Manage the establishment of recent legal entities • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements post-closing • Maintain internal policies and identify operational risks • Build influential partnerships within investment teams
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in relevant area • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in investment risk management • CFA or similar designation is advantageous • Proficient in low code/no code tools and data analysis • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
