As the Adoptions Supervisor, your role is vital to fostering the relationships between pets and their new families. You will manage and mentor staff, ensuring operational standards are met while delivering the highest quality customer service. Your hands-on leadership will cultivate an engaged team and facilitate seamless interdepartment cooperation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate staff and volunteers
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain service standards
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff
• Ensure accurate animal records maintenance
• Assist in managing departmental budgets
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum six months in a leadership role
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with animal care and handling required
