As a Concierge, you will focus on delivering high-level service at our aviation center. With 2-3 years of customer service experience, you’ll facilitate seamless communication between clients and crew while managing dynamic schedules. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain Skyservice’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service per Elevate Program standards
• Coordinate logistics for passenger arrivals and departures
• Manage communication between customers and flight crews




• Carry out door checks and vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of lounges and other customer-facing areas
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably aviation
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
