Job Title: Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $119,900 – $142,700 per year (prorated based on hours), inclusive of an on‑call stipend. Schedule: Flexible (may include evenings, weekends, and on‑call work) Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a PHCNP. Member of NPAO with current liability insurance Minimum 5 years' experience in primary care (community health preferred) Completion of “Prescribing Narcotics and Controlled Substances” (NPAO preferred)
