Role Description

The Retail Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Brossard, QC. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and adherence to company policies. The Assistant Store Manager leads and coaches the store team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating product placement, supporting staff scheduling, and assisting with training and performance feedback. The role also involves resolving customer concerns,



ensuring a welcoming store environment, and promoting Crocs' brand values and product knowledge to team members and shoppers.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and effective listening.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Team Management experience, including coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff.
- Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving store performance.
- Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing roles, ideally in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic computer skills, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.
