As a Survey Crew Chief, you will guide the field survey work alongside Survey Assistants and collaborate with Project Managers to refine budgets and resources. You’ll act as a brand ambassador while preparing essential documentation for a variety of audiences in the industry. Your organizational and communication skills will be vital in engaging your team and executing projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and conduct field survey work with assistants
• Coordinate with Project Managers to manage budgets and schedules




• Liaise with clients and landowners as a brand ambassador
• Prepare digital data, sketches, and field notes
• Mentor and train Survey Assistants effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in surveying or civil engineering
• 3-5 years as a Survey Crew Chief
• Proficient in GPS and robotic total stations
• Strong problem-solving skills in outdoor settings
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
