11th Tee & Beverage Cart Attendant

Job type: Seasonal

We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values: Communication, Respect, Improvement, Support, Pride, and Fun. If this sounds like you, join us to gain food and beverage experience in a casual fine dining setting while being part of a dynamic, fun, and friendly team!

Previous hospitality experience is an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Taking and relaying food and beverage orders.
- Accurately entering orders and member numbers
- Ability to use POS and credit card systems
- Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests.
- Providing food and beverage product knowledge.
- Following and executing food and beverage prep charts
- Communicating to the kitchen when needed regarding food quantities
- Keeping the equipment and area clean
- Being aware of your surroundings while on the course
- Respectful golf etiquette on the course




- Identify and report infractions to supervisors as necessary

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

- Upholding high service standards when serving members and their guests
- Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues.
- Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues.
- Ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
- Serving it right certificate.
- Age 19+ for serving alcohol.
- Valid drivers license is required

Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit or their own vehicles.

- Hourly wage rate: $25.25
