Responsibilities
- - Targeted Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads in various industries.
- - Consultative Sales Approach: Engage potential clients through a consultative approach, understanding their business needs and how our web development solutions can aid in their growth.
- - Customized Proposals and Presentations: Develop customized proposals and presentations.
- - Sales Closure and Client Onboarding
- - Market Research and Trends Analysis: Continuously research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics and identify current business opportunities.
- - Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with our web development and design teams to understand our capabilities fully and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- - Networking and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships within the business community through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
- - Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales activities and pipeline status to the management team, utilizing CRM tools for effective data management.
Qualifications
- - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- - 2+ years of sales experience in a web development or digital agency environment is an asset.
- - Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- - Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and the latest trends in website development.
- - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to translate technical concepts into laymans terms during sales discussions.
- - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
