In this role at Twilight Amber Farm, you will primarily operate grain farm equipment, including combines and sprayers, while contributing to the harvest and maintenance phases of farming operations. The position includes a demanding schedule of 6 to 7 days a week, especially during peak seasons, requiring a strong commitment to long hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate combines, air seeders, and other machinery
• Perform necessary repairs on farm equipment
• Haul grain efficiently to designated areas
• Engage in general farm work tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be willing to work extended hours
• Ability to follow instructions from the Farm Supervisor
• Strong teamwork skills in a diverse atmosphere
