You will be responsible for program planning, budget management, and community engagement. Your experience will guide the training of staff, ensuring high-quality program delivery and addressing community needs. Flexibility to visit programs during evenings and weekends is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations and program evaluations
• Manage seasonal schedules and program budgets
• Support training and supervision of volunteers and staff
• Develop partnerships with community organizations
• Conduct regular program site visits for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Experience coordinating sport and recreation programs
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Valid BC Driver’s license is an asset
