North American Construction Group is hiring Skilled Ground Workers for their remote mining site at Kearl, near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These positions offer the chance to work on one of the region’s largest and safest contracts, with excellent compensation and benefits. What You’ll Need

- 2 years experience in a labourer role
- Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract
- CSO Certification
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness (including Bear Awareness) tickets
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education (asset)
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing: breath alcohol, urine drug, fitness-to-work, audiometric, and vision screening
- Safety-first attitude and strong listening skills

What Will Make You Stand Out
