In this full-time position, you will assist clients with daily living activities, light homemaking tasks, and promote their independence in accordance with individualized service plans. Regular updates are required to the Program Manager about client concerns, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and daily care activities
• Support clients in routine daily living as per service agreements




• Assist with light homemaking tasks as required
• Promote client direction and decision-making abilities
• Report any client-related safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
