Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mobile crisis support and de-escalation services
• Perform initial assessments and triage calls based on risk
• Monitor team safety and handle communication with responders




• Collect data and manage records related to crisis responses
• Engage respectfully and professionally in high-stress situations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in crisis response
• Degree in mental health or related fields required
• Solid skills in situational awareness and communication
• Commitment to harm reduction and trauma-informed practices
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
